The Meaning of Odu

Agbo ato. 

The word Odu means womb. The idea of Odu is that Creation includes within its structure interdimensional portals. These portals connect the visible dimension of reality with the invisible dimension of reality. In Ifa an Odu as a portal is the passage through which the ase or spiritual power of the Immortals travels from Orun to Aye. When these portals are discovered in the Nigeria rain forest they are marked as sacred space and called Igbodu from the elision igbo odu meaning womb of the forest. These portals are used for initiation because they facilitate, and amplify access to both the transformative power of Creation and the ability to communicate with the Immortals.

In modern times the proof of the existence of interdimensional portals was discovered then immediately hidden from the public. In the Western scientific world the existence of these portals was discovered by “Mike,” “Shrimp,” and “Runt.” That is the name of the first three hydrogen bombs. Atom bombs are measured in kilotons a kiloton is a thousand bounds of TNT. A hydrogen bomb is measured in megatons; a megaton is a billion tons of TNT.  

You make a hydrogen bomb by using an atomic bomb as the detonator. The atomic bomb creates a fusion reaction that results in a huge explosion. The sun is in fact a huge hydrogen bomb creating an ongoing fusion reaction. A fusion reaction means the atoms are pressed together so hard they split. When an atom splits it makes a big boom. Mike was supposed to yield two megatons. Mike yielded five megatons.  

The response from the scientific world was whoops.

Shrimp and Runt both produced at least twice the calculated expectation of explosive energy. Not to be outdone the Russians created a hydrogen bomb that was 15 megatons that blew a hole in the earth’s atmosphere. The whole is still there.

To make a very long and complicated story short, the reason scientist miscalculated the yield from hydrogen bombs is because at the time they did not understand the concept of Odu or invisible portals.
The scientists who tried to explain why they did not accurately predict the yield of hydrogen bombs developed what is called String Theory. Most forms of String theory are based on the idea that we live in a multi-dimensional universe with at least ten dimensions. Ifa teaches there are ten levels of Orun, same idea. String theory is based on the concept of zero point energy. The idea of zero point energy is based on the idea that we live in a huge sign wave. A sign wave is the vibration caused by sound. A zero point is a place where there is no sign wave. These points are energetic because they are the access points to interdimensional portals. Zero point energy links earth to the other ten dimensions of reality through the use of what Western Science calls strings. This is not the kind of string you use to fly a kite. The interdimensional string is two infinitely small columns of counter rotating beams of energy. When two counter rotating beams of energy are linked together they form what looks like a very long chain. Ifa says the Immortals came from Orun to Aye on a chain. This is literally true. Science describes these beams of energy by what is called String theory. Ifa describes these beams through the Creation Myth of Obatala. The Ifa Creation is a topographical metaphor that describes the nature of reality. 

If you understand the Ifa topographical metaphor you can understand both accessing free energy and accessing the power of alchemy. According to a brilliant researcher named Joseph P. Farrell the Nazi’s understood the concept of interdimensional portals. They were able to access these portals through the inventions of what Farrell calls the Nazi Bell. This bell was two counter rotating cylinders lubricated by red mercury. Prior to the Nazi discovery of this phenomenon the only access to red mercury was when archeologists discovered it in ancient Egyptian monuments.  

The marks of Odu used in divination are a secret code that shows the inner workings of what Western Science calls string theory. Odu is the key to the mystery of interdimensional portals. What exactly is that mystery? The mystery is this; when you discover an interdimensional portal in Nature that portal becomes an amplifier for the voice God.

In Ifa we call that amplifier possession or elegun.

I believe the global elite is in collusion with regard to keeping the mystery of interdimensional portals a secret. If you do not believe me pick up a text book on electronics. In the back of the book there will be a chart showing the structure of sign waves. When you get to the zero point on the chart there is no information there is simply a footnote saying the information regarding the mathematics of zero point energy is classified for reasons of national security. 

To be fair, if you understood the true nature of zero point energy you could build a bomb that would make the hydrogen bomb look like a fire cracker. You could also produce free energy for the world for as long as the earth sustained life.

That is why in ancient times access to this secret was limited to those who developed a thing called iwa pele in Yoruba.

I believe the global elite who tries to keep this information a secret targets traditional spiritual disciplines that maintain the topographical metaphors that explain this secret. Ifa is one of those disciplines. The reason I get a little annoyed when folks argue over who does initiations correctly is this: until we locate and make use of Igbodu in the Diaspora no one is doing initiations to their full potential. So let’s stop arguing and join hands to access the deeper mystery.
